Contact was made via online. We had a prompt response where Kayne was honest and advised that he could not visit for 10 days. That worked for us, so an appointment was made, and at our request, he sent a reminder the day before. The issue was dealt with. As we recently moved to the house, he gave us advice on using this device and set up our heat transfer and gave education on that as well. And all at a very reasonable price. Thank you.
