I had an issue with my heat pump that turned out to be uneconomical to repair. Kayne’s explanation of what was occurring was clear and easy to understand. He gave me multiple options to repair or replace, gave me time to do my research and gave me an excellent price on a new heat pump and installation. The installation took place within a quick timeframe and the workmanship was done to an excellent standard and the communication was clear from start to finish. I would highly recommend Steel electrical to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.
