This review demonstrates my personal understanding/scale from 1-5; as follows: 1) From my observation of the team (1 Tradie & 1 apprentice); it would appear tasks undertaken between the two were discussed beforehand. 2) The approx. costs were outlined between myself & Tradie. 3) The communication on the job between myself & the workers applied if shelves needed adjusting. I believe; there needs to be trust between worker & Tradie & I hope this is reflected in this assessment.
