Window replacement, 1st floor

New Aluminum Doors & Windows Hataitai, Wellington

4.0

After accepting the job I had to chase them a few times to get updates. The start date was delayed about a month from the initial agreement, so it would have been nice if they were more pro-active with communication. The job was completed to a good standard, on budget, and they were able to allocate additional time to handle un-planned work when there were weathertightness issues identified outside of the initial scope. Overall happy. Thank you Guri and team for the new windows.

Guri and the team did a great job, their communication was excellent and they were happy to help get stuck in. I ended up also getting them to fix some window joinery and that worked out well. Guri is happy to make any tweaks needed and go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Thanks!
