Poor workmanship. He drilled a hole through my skirting board but has no insurance and ignored my request to pay my excess. The ports near my modem were promised to be routed tidily during quoting, but this was not done as the cables did not fit what he promised. Behind my TV, he unilaterally changed the scope and created a routing that is ugly, not what was agreed and caused us to need to create a hole in our entertainment unit to fit it back in once he left.
