We tried to move to another company and their end of service was horrible. We requested voice transferring info but they gave a wrong valid info because of that information I am stuck and can not get calls from customers for few days! So I asked delay few days until it finish transferring without extra charge but they asked one more month to go. why do I have to pay over$285 for this stuff. They said it is not their fault! Your stuff gave wrong one and I was with the new provider at that time. No responsibility at all and hung up phones!! What the hell is this attitude from? So nasty! To clarify, our team provided accurate and timely information regarding the voice service transition. The delays you experienced were the result of your new provider not engaging with us early enough in the process. Despite this, we remained cooperative and responsive to ensure minimal disruption. We also respectfully ask that all communication be directed to our official support channels, as repeatedly contacting field staff directly—especially in an aggressive or inappropriate manner—is not acceptable. Our technicians deserve to work in a respectful environment. We wish you all the best with your new provider and appreciate the opportunity we had to support your business.
