Amazing service by Harry and Richard. These two are to go to team if you need any help with your alarm or internet system. After 5 years of inconsistencies with many other internet providers I am glad that someone recommended me to talk to Richard. He fixed my alarm swiftly and economically. I went back for the second time to Richard and talked to him about my problem with poor internet connection despite paying for top tier internet plan with other providers. Harry came and fixed my long overdue issues with the internet connections very promptly, he is courteous, professional, helpful and went over and beyond to ensure I am happy with the service. He stayed for over 2 hours to get all my devices around the house working as they should, he retested the connection few times and checked if I approve the location he chose for new router.
