Hi, we've been building new houses and renovating old ones for the last 15 years. While we specialize in major renovation and new builds we also do smaller jons from time to time. We are very professional and work hard to meet deadlines for project completion. We pride ourselves on providing competitive quotes and then completing jobs on budget.

The pet door installation has damaged the unit and it needs to be replaced. I have sent the photos to the vendor and they said it was installed incorrectly and that the installation steps were not followed. I tried to get a response from Lani to get this resolved but he has not responded in 17 days now. I am having to now buy another pet door and find another tradesman who can fix this. Lani has just paid the cost of the replacement pet door to me today so I consider this matter closed.

Lani and his team got the job done, and although it took longer than anticipated (plus I extended the scope of work) it was all completed to a high level and at a very competitive price. The reason I gave 4 stars for communication is because written quote lacked detail and should fully detail the scope of work so there is no confusion. We clarified it by emails so it was clear before the job was done.

I have requested a quote to install a sliding door on my study room. Lani has replied quickly and stopped by on the next day. He has advised my a quote.. Lani and his team provided an excellent craftmanship for the job. However the cleaning and prep works are a bit negligent. So my cleaning afterwards is quite painful. Also the schedule is not completely satisfying. It took three days for such a small job. Overall great work!
