Job description
install a sureflap cat door into an external wall onto a porch. Would need some sort of bracing around it, and to be waterproofed on the outside. It is beside a ranch slider door.

The pet door installation has damaged the unit and it needs to be replaced. I have sent the photos to the vendor and they said it was installed incorrectly and that the installation steps were not followed. I tried to get a response from Lani to get this resolved but he has not responded in 17 days now. I am having to now buy another pet door and find another tradesman who can fix this. Lani has just paid the cost of the replacement pet door to me today so I consider this matter closed.
