Absolutely bad customer service they hardly respond and leave you on read and they don't respond till days later they came in to do some lawnmowers and weeding and they hacked my plants off thinking they were weeds when they clearly are not they haven't paid for the plants that were hacked and they charge awful rates please don't think of using these guys their carefree service is beyond a joke Reply: Please share your address as the other 1 star review is yours too just to destroy our 5 star rating however we have never worked for you man. My client called these guys in effort to get a mow to bring the level down the customer was quoted 250 to mow it and take the greenwaste away the client felt forced to accept the deal as her inspection is on saturday the people were rude and taking advantage of her then upon the job they came in with a ride on mower and hacked the living daylights out if it leaving all the waste on the lawn and sprayed all over the deck his colleuege came in with a weedeater and hacked the living daylights out of the sides upon my arrival I was completely shocked to see what was left here and had left me cleaning up after them that is not professional and quite disgusting I contacted them in effort to find out what was going in and to organize some compensation in which I was rudely spoken to and had constant denial when I confronted him about it Reply: First of all thanks for your time over the phone and not telling your name or your business name. Secondly we do go out and help needy people who can't keep up and that lady so called your client who you didn't mow the grass for at least 6 month contacted us to give her the price and do the job asap as per her inspection by your father the property owner. We got to the site with our tool, was a full day job and wasn't in her budget either. Given her an option to whether she be comfortable to pay $250 for ride on cut. She requested how would it look so I took my machine out and shown her how would it come up, she agreed, we finished job, did extra bit for free, and spraying free too, even it was already very subsidies quote. She happily paid. Even thanked on text later. Than this guy arrived to tell me what to do and who to charge and what and destroy the rating. Thanks and God bless
