Leaky balcony (Waterproof and New TPO Install)
Customer called with a leaking balcony with structural issues. Ripped out the foam mix and cleaned the area, levelled out with Arditex NA self levelling compound and then put in a new layer of thick TPO to create a beautiful space that can be used directly.
