Here at K + M Projects we are a small construction company owned an operated by two Qualified/Licensed Building practitioners local to the Christchurch and Rolleston areas, with a combined 25 years experience in the construction industry ranging from small decks and fences, residential architectural builds and full large scale commercial management. All work will be completed by ourselves which keeps our overheads low, our prices competitive and our quality at a high standard. Our attention to detail, friendly manner and time management is something we pride ourselves. Our company has very close ties to an Electrical and Plumbing company which means all aspects of your job can completed under the one umbrella.
