I found the whole process too confusing , with too many tradesmen to deal with. Also it looked that they were only dealing with one job and I had 2 similar small jobs. One of the tradesmen was from the Canterbury area and my job is north of Auckland. Perhaps I didn’t deal with the website very well either, especially when there is not a category for my job in a couple of areas and a field was required.
