Hi, I’m Dave, licensed building practitioner and the owner of DLK LTD Building & Construction.
After spending 15 years in technical production for events, I turned my love of planning, coordination and high-quality delivery into a new career in residential building.
Based in Tawa, Wellington, we specialise in whole-home renovations, deck and balustrade builds, double glazing installation and remedial work, whether it’s for refreshing a home before sale or building your “forever” space.
We bring not only the tools and carpentry skills, but a project management mindset: bridging trades, meeting budgets and deadlines, and making sure the process is smooth and transparent from start to finish.
