Small roof leak

Once problem was properly identified was fixed well and to a high standard. Lots of trouble with communication overall in terms of delayed quotes/calls and not clear what was being done. For example on initial quote was told 5 minutes, over 45 minutes later still going which required cancellation of work meetings. Temp repair was done (on wrongly identified issue) without discussion of cost causing confusion when an invoice was sent later. Invoice was waived when I selected them to do the job.

Thanks a lot to John and the team for great comms and for their time and effort. Unfortunately this job fell through but Ruahine Property Works offered great value for money and good communication the whole way along. Had to put a review on workmanship for the review to go through, obviously not carried out but I'm sure it would have been excellent if it's anything line their cost, schedule and comms.

Conservatory repairs

Really happy with the job, they were happy to cater to my budget and product requests, and most importantly the conservatory roof no longer leaks! When there was extra work that needed doing outside the quote (a bit of rotten wood that needed replacing), they kept me informed and were able to fix it quickly.

Our original concrete tile roof was old and in need of repair. We chose to replace the concrete with colour steel and unfortunately our timing ended up with the job being done in the middle of winter. The team that worked on the roof led by Phil and Jeremy have done a great job for us despite the trying conditions and they were great to have working on our home. It was also great that the team were able to take care of some related building repairs that were required and even arranged a plumber when one was required at short notice. Love your work guys.
