Small roof leak

Hi, I have a roof with decramastic tiles that possibly has a small leak in vicinity of a fire place flume. I have had someone look from inside the roof cavity to see if there is any light and none seen therefore think it is something else. I am after someone who can go on the roof for a closer look and see what the issue is and repair/replace as required. Small leak appeared inside once after a period of heavy rain. Note it is not after all heavy rain so believe it might be a lifted tile as it only comes in if strong wind also so believe it might be getting under a tile that way. Roof as per photo it’s for a two store building, however the bit in question is over the portion that is 1-story.

Once problem was properly identified was fixed well and to a high standard. Lots of trouble with communication overall in terms of delayed quotes/calls and not clear what was being done. For example on initial quote was told 5 minutes, over 45 minutes later still going which required cancellation of work meetings. Temp repair was done (on wrongly identified issue) without discussion of cost causing confusion when an invoice was sent later. Invoice was waived when I selected them to do the job.
