Communication from everyone at Ruahine were excellent, we ran into a few issues that were totally unforseen, but we all worked together to resolve the problems. The job was completed once an alternative plan was carefully laid out and executed. Joes workmanship and communications were excellent and I would really recommend him, he is both approachable and takes a lot of pride in his work. the site was cleared up after each occasion so that it was safe for the children. We found Ruahine Property Works to be a good company to deal with. We had a minor issue and Connor sorted it out very quickly and to our liking. The builders did a good job and the plasterer was amazing. he explained what he was doing, how long it would take and the finish was excellent. I recommend this company to anyone getting remedial work/reno/additions done to anyone. the price was what we expected with no hidden costs, and after getting them to do a little extra the price didn't blow out.
