Disappointed that when awarded the job that they didn't feel that it was necessary to inform me that they couldn't do it. After a week of leaving multiple messages on both phone and on Builders Crack Alex didn't have the courtesy or good manners to return a call to advise. I totally understand if you're too busy to do a job, but show a modicum of respect by informing the would be client. Very unprofessional. I wish them all the best and trust they learn from this feedback.
