Not great communication. Sent a 3 line text as a quote - which did not discuss any detail at all. As I had to show this to my neighbor I asked if I could have a written quote giving more detail so that my neighbor could see this. I heard nothing more from Josh until he withdrew interest in the job with absolutely no explanation why. I had been inclined to take him on for this job up until then. Very poor communication with no reason for pulling out!
