Hardwood Flooring
Entire floor was flooded and deemed defected requiring entirety of flooring to be relayed. From demolition stripped back to the subfloor framing, we got our substrate and hardwood flooring re-laid and came out looking better then how it originally looked.
Privacy Screen
Client wanted a privacy screen where he could look out from the inside and see who was walking down his driveway without being able to see through. The best way i could think was having a vertical slat featured wall but with the vertical members fixed diagonal blocking out people from looking inside but allowing him to see his driveway clearly. We managed to achieve both the desire of the client as well as producing an aesthetic look with merbau beams constructing the entire screen.
