Waterproofing - Takapuna Sea Wall

Goliath has contacted to waterproofing and seal a concrete wall of a Takapuna homeowner. The issue was that our client had a marine engineer design the wall but was not treated with a waterproofing product to ensure the internal steel reinforcing was protected. We discussed options with the homeowner and decided the best solution was to apply an invisible moisture barrier know as colloidal silica. We repair some surface cracks and sealed the control joint too. A great outcome that will prolong the life of the concrete and protect the steel within.

Wingers Dealership - Roof Repaint

Wingers in Wairau contacted Goliath to assess some rusted areas on their roof. There were extensively rusted areas that needed to be sorted out. We finished the roof with a fantastic colour and provided our clients with an added lifespan to their long-run roof.

AUT Building - Prepare & Repaint

AUT Tower in the city near Aotea Square was undergoing maintenance by Built Construction. Goliath was engaged to prepare the exterior plaster of the building, water blast and fill cracks and repair areas in need of attention. We completed the project in 6 weeks using Resene's complete exterior weatherproof paint system. It now stands tall and with brand new coats of paint!

Countdown Warehouse - Epoxy Floor Coating

Countdown facilities manager contacted Goliath to install an epoxy coating for their loading bay at their main warehousing facility in Wiri. They wanted to ensure that the area was dedicated to loading and unloading of trucks and ensure a non-slip finish for added safety. We were happy to take on the job and worked late evenings to get it done as they operated 24/7 with a few hours of downtime over the weekends. The result was a bright safety red with a slip resistance of over 0.7 coefficient.

Dulux Warehouse - Roof Leak Repair

Goliath was called to inspect multiple roof leaks. We harnessed up and climbed on the roof, complied a report and sent it back to our client with our recommendations. A week later we were on the job and rectified their issue. Turned out the natural lighting sheets were not installed correctly and all had to be redone and sealed. The team at Dulux Poweder Coatings Wairau all had smiles on their faces as this was an issue they had not ever been able to sort out.

Fibreglass Pool Repair

This client's pool had a leak and couldn't figure out where it was. We drained the pool and supported the edges as this is important with fibre glass. The entire pool was sanded down and washed with a degreaser, repaired and eventually recoated with a fantastically durable pool paint in Marine Blue!
