Roof repair Decramastic tile.

A tree beside our rental unit has caused a blocked gutter over a few seasons and leaves have built up enough to rust out lower channel in the decramastic tile roof. Looks like the rust goes under the lower tiles on both sides of the channel. Some of the holes are directly above the wooden fascia and I believe some may go back in to the eve cavity. Please see photo's attached for details of job. Unit is rented so as little disruption to tenant as possible is appreciated. Site visit to be arranged.
