We were on the whole, very happy with the work completed by Il Guappo. Communication was good, service was prompt and to schedule, the workers were considerate, polite and the quality of the work was high. They kept to their word regarding the price they quoted, and to our pleasant surprise, didnt' charge us anything extra when their interpretation of the work required wasnt the same as ours, going above and beyond in a few ways to ensure we ended up with a good result.
