Removing a wall on a deck

General Demolition Ohauiti, Tauranga

5.0

I didn't like the contract saying I had to pay the cost of 'materials' upfront, over $1000, when the actual materials were 4 pieces of decking. Also originally I was told that the job would take 1½ days but was charged for 16 hours even though the actual hours worked over the 2 days were less than 8 hours. I would have been satisfied with just the total price for the whole job rather than the 'itemised' version. So saying I was very satisfied with the completed job which was within budget.

Builder came and measured up and provided quote in a timely manner. Job was accepted and then after several attempts to contact them never heard back from them which was very frustrating and disappointing.
