We are not happy with the quality of this work. Upgrade of the rock wall was not completed by agreement when we lost faith in the ability of the contractor. This work should have been done prior to concrete pour. Expansion cuts in the concrete were hand cut and are not straight. Kerb line is not straight and was not installed in the position requested. Concrete in one area does not align with the top of the retaining. Large pile of excavation soil and debris left for owners to remove.
