My name is Leon Tracey. I am an experienced builder and I have with me a very well-motivated apprentice. We both are based in Red Beach.
I am our qualified LBP and Shannan is the apprentice. I’ve had loads of experience, been building for over 20 years, and I’ve taught Shannan from his start.
Building work is something Shannan and I actually really enjoy, we both take pride in our work and appearance. Attention to detail is critical as is structural integrity as far as we are concerned. I also have experience with estimating and pricing, which helps us ensure that all tasks are completed in a cost effective manner. For my own labour I’ve been charging $55 P/h and $40 P/h for Shannan.
I have experience in management, but in resent years I prefer to be at the coal face producing with the team, I have all aspects of industry experience from heavy commercial to light residential, office fit out and also property maintenance. If you need any more details let me know.
