Job booked for 8am on the day. Had taken day off from work to allow access. Text received that morning advising their guy is helping with another job and will attend between 1-2pm. No one in sight at 2pm, so I text to get an idea of ETA. No response until 3.20pm to advised their guy is stuck at another complex job. Asked if they would make it that day? No response until two days later asking if we still want the work done. Sorry, we have since awarded the work to someone else.
