CCS is a specialised foundation company with an experienced team working throughout the North Island including Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taranaki, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay and Manawatu-Wanganui.
We provide effective and economic solutions for your foundation and retaining issues including re-levelling, re-piling, void fill, underpinning and retaining structures.

I don’t usually post feedback, but the high-quality work delivered by the CCS team motivated me to share my experience. We were facing issues with the piles in our house, and although the original builder had assured us that they would fix the problem, they went into liquidation just two months before the project was due to start. This left us in a very stressful situation, unsure of who could take on such a complex job. I approached Wesley and Simon, and from the very beginning they were approachable, supportive, patient, and most importantly highly confident and knowledgeable. Their professionalism and systematic approach to both execution and documentation were outstanding. Simon kept us regularly informed of the progress and promptly highlighted any issues that arose. Even Tonkin & Taylor, one of New Zealand’s leading engineering firms, were very satisfied with the quality of their work. CCS performed so well that they were also engaged by our neighbors. Our project was completed on time and within budget. Importantly, unlike some other contractors, they did not change their pricing midway, they clearly knew what they were doing from the outset. Lot of the other contractors we met, couldn't commit to a price, didn't know what was involved but Simon and Wesley knew exactly the issue and how to tackle it and finished the job to high standard and within budget.
