Auckland Retaining
CCS completed a timber retaining wall measuring 16 meters in length and 1.2 meters in height, with a solid 1.2-meter embedment depth. We used high-quality H5 SED piles with a diameter of 200mm, along with durable H4 rough sawn timber railings (150 x 50mm). The installation also includes a 110mm diameter Novaflo with a filter sock for efficient drainage. A happy client ‘Very please with CCS in taking on the project of rebuilding our retaining wall. Always willing to communicate & go the extra mile for the customer to ensure satisfaction. Very please with their after sales service and willingness to answer any questions in the future. Will definitely engage CCS for any future project. Recommended.

Repiling and Relevelling Ruawai Northland
With the consented design completed by Lambeth Architects in Dargaville, the team undertook the full relevel and repiling of this farm house which has been exposed to the elements for decades. • Replacement of 36 x H5 Timber piles down to minimum 450mm • Replacement of 6 x H5 Braced Timber piles down to minimum 450mm • Full re-level • Replacement of 48lm of bearer • A new deck for outdoor entertainment!
Underpinning Titirangi
Against a sinking foundation, our team stepped up and followed the engineer's design. We partially relevelled the foundation and completed 9 underpins down 1200mm deep to ensure a solid foundation
Foundation Strengthening Titirangi
Another job is done and dusted in Titirangi including the re-level of the garage foundation along the external wall using hydraulic jacking and underpinning, with 5 concrete 400mm dia piles down 2000mm with pile cages! Great job by the team!
Clifton Road Repiling and Levelling
After issues with a previous building company, Ann called the team in to relevel and repile at a property in Hauraki including the replacement/addition of 67 timber piles down below 900mm while working under the house, relevelling the property in the process. Ann shares her experience with us: “Wesley and the NZ CCS team were fantastic. They undertook a repiling of our bungalow which was completed efficiently and to a very high standard.
