Retaining Opononi Northland

Retaining Milford

Repiling and Relevelling Orakei

Job complete in Orakei, Auckland with a great review ‘Exceptional service. Work begun and completed on exactly the dates plannrd. Quote process clear, as was the explanation of the proposed repiling of a large rear deck. Excellent communication throughout. Site left impeccably tidy and.a large amount of concrete waste removed as if by magic. A great onsite team. Would recommend without hesitation • Replacement of 11 x 125Sq timber piles (minimum embedded depth 750mm) • Re-level deck area

Remuera Strengthening

Foundation repair work completed including a pile down 3.2m piles under the house encased in a steel cage and concrete, as well as other piling and building works including a new Balustrade. All work consented, working with the Structural Engineer and Geotech to get it all complete for a happy homeowner.

Repiling and Relevelling Gisborne

We are working on Russell Street, Gisborne. The team has just finished partial releveling and the replacement of 39 timber piles, and Bearer replacement

Auckland Retaining

CCS completed a timber retaining wall measuring 16 meters in length and 1.2 meters in height, with a solid 1.2-meter embedment depth. We used high-quality H5 SED piles with a diameter of 200mm, along with durable H4 rough sawn timber railings (150 x 50mm). The installation also includes a 110mm diameter Novaflo with a filter sock for efficient drainage. A happy client ‘Very please with CCS in taking on the project of rebuilding our retaining wall. Always willing to communicate & go the extra mile for the customer to ensure satisfaction. Very please with their after sales service and willingness to answer any questions in the future. Will definitely engage CCS for any future project. Recommended.
