Simon Newcombe from Canterbury Building Services seems a really nice guy. Assessed the problem well. Put forward a quote which I was happy to accept BUT never followed through with the job. Proposed start date was March 8th....was prepared to have some latitude with this but 3 weeks later and with no explanation as to why he hasn't even started the job, well, really upset and will be re advertising to get this job attended to.
