Washing machine not spinning.

Our washing machine was playing up and Andrew came to have a look at it. Unfortunately it was not financially viable to repair it. Andrew refused to let me pay for his time because he said he couldn`t repair it. This is very uncommon these days although I do the same thing in my line of work in similar cases. I have tried to remember the job but I only received the email from Builders Crack today, about 2 years after Andy came to our place.
