As fully registered appliance technicians in New Zealand, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of a wide range of whiteware appliances, including washing machines, dryers, fridges, ovens, cooktops, waste masters, dish drawers, and rangehoods.
Our commitment to quality service is reflected in our reasonable pricing structure. We offer a $110 to $150 Call-Out fee depending on where you are located in Auckland, which includes the first 10 minutes of labour & a diagnoses. We prioritize professionalism in every job and ensure that all work adheres to the highest standards, maintaining compliance with AS/NZS 3000 regulations.

Really poor communication and a frustratingly long process just to get basic information. It took over a week (and me following up) to hear back, and instead of a quote I was simply told the part for my oven was obsolete and that they couldn’t help. No effort to suggest alternatives or offer any next steps. Felt very dismissive and not customer-focused at all. Would NOT recommend

I am very satisfied with the overall service, from the initial booking through to the completion of the repair. The technician needed to order a part and returned within a couple of days to complete the work. The office staff member was friendly and very informative throughout the process. Technician threw a big tantrum yelling and screaming down the phone at me like a child when he failed to fix the problem onsite. I would not recommend for Women who are home alone based on this behavior.

Very poor service! Technician came out to look at my dishwasher and dryer. I was told that the door latch had stuffed out on the dishwasher, took a week and bit for the part to come in which I didn’t think was too bad but then they came to install it and I was told the pump had stopped working too, I said to replace it. Weeks and weeks went by with me asking for updates every two weeks or so with no reply. They finally called me yesterday saying they have the part now and would come and install it the following day. Then I received a call today saying that the technician wouldn’t be able to make it as they were at another job. I expressed my frustration over time it had taken, the lady on the phone was all excuses and no accountability. In the end they said they would come out after the job they were doing. Technician turned up to replace the pump and the dishwasher was still not working. I was told that some water had stuffed the PC board and it would have to be replaced. By this stage I had had enough and told him to forget about it. I won’t even be worrying about getting my dishwasher fixed by these clowns. Advice for the future: check all parts before trying to assume you know what is wrong.
