Great work, turned up when he said he would and cheerful and engaging but my only gripe was it took him a few days to respond to my texts/calls BUT (and this is important to context my gripe) Filipe is self-employed, was flat stick in the lead up to Xmas and only reached out to me as he had a postponement on a job the morning of the day he did the work.
