The disputes tribunal has ordered JT Trenching to pay me $11,355. Justin has been ignoring me to get this resolved. I am in the process of taking legal action against JT Trenching Limited JT Trenching Limited recently complete a new concrete driveway. The quality and workman ship is extremely poor. I’ve had multiple independent contractor review the work, all of which has come back with structural issues. The entire job needs to be re-done .

The WCC's drain cover proved to be difficult; otherwise a great job done. Because it's a car park, timing was of high importance. JT Trenching team were very thoughtful in timing the work. On the day, their activities were very educational for the children present at our childcare centre.

JT didn't do the work that was quoted and didn't communicate the change. He retrospectively offered a minor discount but really I wanted the original agreed work. Left me feeling duped. I wouldn't work with him again. The updated reduced invoice still included work not done, IMO that's not ok. Finished driveway looks good but foundations are dodgy.
