Hello, I am an experienced LBP builder with excellent workmanship and project management skills. I have built new homes, alterations, extensions, leaky buildings and even skyline garages and sheds.
I have all the latest gear to ensure efficiency, including moisture meters, thermal image camera, concrete and wall scanners, drop saws, nails guns etc that you would expect.
I can also product concept drawings, and help with permits, resource consents from the council.
H&S plans so you aren't exposed to work safe if an accident happens.
I am an LBP --- , so I will provide you with work memorandum of all completed works. (Insurance companies requires and if you sell your home)
I'm also a licenced Ardex waterproofer, only for my own jobs.
For bigger jobs, I have qualified builders I call on when need. It's vital for cost efficiency to have the right number of workers on site.
