We start by carrying out a detailed discussion of your requirements, provide an honest appraisal of those requirements and offer any possible alternatives. Each solution will include pricing, a detailed breakdown and a timeline for completion. Once accepted, the project will be explained and documented clearly so “unexpected surprises’ are minimized. When surprises do occur, you will be notified immediately and a solution agreed.
During our time on site we will be respectful of your property by keeping it as tidy and safe as practicable. We will keep our intrusion to a minimum.
Client satisfaction is foremost in our culture and we value any chance to demonstrate our capability and skills.

• Have full liability insurance
• Have a 5 year workmanship warranty for roof replacements
• Have a 10 year workmanship warranty for new builds
• Are LBP Registered
