Work was completed to a high standard. Comms could have been better organised a date and time for him to view job; didn't turn up. I then texted him and arranged it for the next night. We agreed to a future date for the job to be completed. One day out I texted him to confirm he was on track; no response. The following day I texted him again;no response. I finally rung him and he advised his current job was taking longer than expected I wouldn't have minded if he had rung or texted/me.

Plastering job was very good. The job involved Gibcoving and stopping of walls plus framing around the window and putting on new skirting. The window was challenging and the wall had a bulge in it so he did well to hide and blend that. Mitre cuts on the skirting boards weren’t great and there were some strange joins we never noticed till after. Skirting will be painted and we filled the joims ourselves. Overall the plastering was very good.
