Very similar experience as Tims Place. Ben was awarded our job and then the day before asks for $4,500.00 deposit so he can buy a new truck. Two days into the job demands a progress payment of $2,500.00. When I queried this he said "business needs cashflow" Spent his cashflow on his truck. Job grossly overpriced. Said it would take 12 days and took 12 weeks. Doing poor old Tims Place job instead of ours. Told us lies as well. Bullied us. Sent harassing texts. We are also off to the courts.

Ben started off well but the wheels quickly fell off, didn't meet time tables, told me that he would expect to be paid at the end when in reality I had to pay upfront as he has no money, lied to me about several things, workmanship absoluetley poor, will need to spend $ to fix, off to small claims court
