I was unsure exactly what the issues were with a mysterious wall leak - he conducted a detailed inspection and discussed next steps even though it meant him not being able to help at this early stage. I will not hesitate to engage him at a later date. Really appreciated him taking the time to come and inspect in the first instance!!
