Key points: * James was quick to come to view the property for a quote, started soon after the job was agreed, and finished within the estimated time. * The costs seemed commensurate with the work undertaken and the materials used. * James also volunteered some additional considerations outside of our agreement, which were quite a help to me in completing the job. * I was satisfied with the quality of workmanship.
