Mt Roskill plaster exterior repaint

We repaired some cracks in the plaster as well as rot damage in the window frames and trim of this home, then gave it two coats of Resene's X-200 waterproofing membrane in a much more modern colour scheme.

Plasterboard repair

This ceiling had to be opened up to repair a leaking shower in the bathroom above. We cut out the damaged plasterboard, installed the new patch and applied three coats of plaster and tape to make the repair invisible once painted.

Concrete tile roof restoration

We cleaned, repaired the missing pointing and replaced broken tiles, then sprayed on a specialized tile sealer, followed by a high build primer and two top coats to give this tired roof a new lease of life.

Waiatarua new build interior

We worked very closely with the builders and homeowners to get this beautiful home finished in time for CCC.

1920s Ellerslie bungalow

This was a full strip of the 100 year old lead based paint, we also repaired all the rotten timber before repainting. We get alot of satisfaction out of this type of work, and it's a good showcase of our ability.
