Dave and the Team at DMC Projects have done an amazing job of transforming our home. It started as a bathroom redesign, but changed into a full house renovation. Removing the polystyrene, making good any damage and recladding in Cellcrete and stone, the house looks amazing. We are so please with the results that we are already working together on our next project. We would recommend DMC Projects to anyone who values quality work at a fair price. Dave and his team were exceptional from the very first meeting to discuss our project all the way to the final sign off. Dave is a great communicator and manages expectations very well. He kept us informed at every stage and front footed changes or unexpected issues in a transparent and professional manner. His team were respectful in our home, diligent in their work ethic and their workmanship was precise and to a high quality. Wow what a journey. We had never built before and Dave and the team at DMC Projects were excellent to work with and guided us through the process with ease. We made some pretty big changes throughout the build and Dave not only handled these seamlessly but also gave us great recommendations on how to achieve what we wanted. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none and it’s clear they take pride in their work. We absolutely love our new family home and would highly recommend DMC Projects to anyone. absolutely brilliant. from start to finish (and beyond) Dave and his team were excellent. we had quite extensive EQ repair work including substantial foundation repairs and a large extension built at the same time. We enlisted Dave from the great reputation DMC had and we would continue to absolutely recommend Dave and DMC to others, we will be looking to book him for our next project. With our extension build we had specific requirements around the distribution of work and Dave was willing to work with us right from the start & throughout the project. He was clear around costs and any potential issues that may arise. It was this willingness and his clear communication and friendly nature that committed us to working with DMC.
