Wow. What a fantastic experience! Dave was great to deal with. The communication was exemplary. Unlike other tradies we've dealt with, no assumptions were made and we were consulted whenever necessary including pro-active suggestions. Dave's staff were courteous and respectful and a delight to have in our home (a special shout out to Ants). We used Dave's recommendation for a joinery subcontractor and were just as pleased with him.

Floor check/fix

DMC Projects were impressive, from initial contact to job completion. Dave's initial assessment of the creaking/spongy floor was well considered. Further to this, he asked for the floor plan and from that, and his inspection, was able to suggest a well-informed fix. He and his apprentice were respectful and unobtrusive during the work.

Installation of Wheels onto Planter Boxes

Dave was great to deal with. Very organized and great communication. We would highly recommend Dave for any job and will be using him again for any other issues that arise that require a builder. And a top bloke as well which makes the whole interaction easy. Nothing was a problem.
