Dave and the Team at DMC Projects have done an amazing job of transforming our home. It started as a bathroom redesign, but changed into a full house renovation. Removing the polystyrene, making good any damage and recladding in Cellcrete and stone, the house looks amazing. We are so please with the results that we are already working together on our next project. We would recommend DMC Projects to anyone who values quality work at a fair price. Dave and his team were exceptional from the very first meeting to discuss our project all the way to the final sign off. Dave is a great communicator and manages expectations very well. He kept us informed at every stage and front footed changes or unexpected issues in a transparent and professional manner. His team were respectful in our home, diligent in their work ethic and their workmanship was precise and to a high quality. Wow what a journey. We had never built before and Dave and the team at DMC Projects were excellent to work with and guided us through the process with ease. We made some pretty big changes throughout the build and Dave not only handled these seamlessly but also gave us great recommendations on how to achieve what we wanted. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none and it’s clear they take pride in their work. We absolutely love our new family home and would highly recommend DMC Projects to anyone. absolutely brilliant. from start to finish (and beyond) Dave and his team were excellent. we had quite extensive EQ repair work including substantial foundation repairs and a large extension built at the same time. (2020/2021) I like Dave and his craftsmanship so much that we had Dave back to complete an extensive back to bare timber house renovation on our family home. It was a stressful 6 months while reconfiguring the house and I can honestly say Dave's work is top notch. We were high needs customers because we wanted to retain original features, rimu floors, architraves and doors. We also chose slightly different products that aren't normally used such as stainless items, cast iron toilet cisterns and recycling items where we could. Dave was very accommodating and the house looks fantastic. It has completely transformed how we live and I'm very grateful for his expertise. I'm looking forward to Dave coming back and building us a family sized deck. Thanks Dave and team. (2019) DMC Projects completed an extensive renovation on one of my properties this year. New bathroom, kitchen, load bearing wall removed, new conservatory roof, moving an internal door & a few extras that I added along the way. Dave is a really practical guy, easy to talk too, reliable & the finishing work was very good. I would absolutely use DMC Projects for my next renovation. Thanks Dave & team. Reply: Thanks Lucinda!
