Ben made immediate contact about providing me with a quote for some landscaping work. He did not keep the two appointments he made with me to come and view the job however/unfortunately but was prompt and professional via the several texts exchanged over the course of our communications. The first time he got held up in an accident notifying me an hour after he said he'd be here, the second appointment he forgot about but was very apologetic once I made contact.

I unfortunately had to postpone the job because I had to do some more urgent and expensive repairs after the I had accepted his quote and he was due to come over the next day. Ben was very understanding and accommodating. It was always a pleasure to deal with Ben.
