Burnside - Custom home

This custom-built four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Burnside was designed and constructed using Passive House principles to create a comfortable, energy-efficient living environment. The home features two generous living areas, high-performance insulation, airtight construction, and carefully considered detailing to improve energy efficiency and year-round comfort. Built with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, this project delivers a modern family home that is both functional and built to perform.

Pole shed

This 12.6m × 8m pole shed was built to provide a practical and durable storage solution. Featuring three roller doors and a separate pedestrian access door, it offers excellent functionality with plenty of space for vehicles, equipment, and general storage. From the groundwork through to completion, we focused on quality workmanship and attention to detail, delivering a strong, reliable shed built to meet the client’s needs for years to come.

Burnside bathroom renovation

This bathroom renovation involved a complete transformation of an outdated space. We carried out the full demolition before installing a new tiled shower, vanity, and toilet, creating a modern and functional bathroom. As part of the renovation, we also reconfigured the layout by adding a walk-in wardrobe and installing a cavity slider, improving both the flow and functionality of the space. The finished result is a practical, well-crafted renovation designed to suit the client’s needs.
