Jakes friendly, supplied pictures of job, communication was good Felt cost was high , ..not supplied with an itemised bill..(eg).travel, materials, labour ( hrly rate )..so unable to see where cost alicated, ....duration of job was 10- 15mins

Roof repair

Very fast communication straight away, arranged a site visit while I was at work with a promise to call me...the call has never happened, only after me following up, the trader discontinued following the job saying there are things out of his expertise without even saying what exactly. Just a waste of time :(
