Hi, my name is Blayne, I founded and ran a residential building company in Auckland until late 2016 when I sold the business. I had about 14 staff and over a 4 year period won 9 Master Builders house of the year awards. My company did a lot of design and build renovations and architectural homes meaning I've got experience in almost all aspects of residential building and project management.
The last year or so has been spent retired from building, but consulting to other building companies teaching them how to run better businesses.
I'm now looking to pick up a few building jobs that suit me as I miss working in the industry.
