Ron and his team completed a large-scale renovation/extension on our villa. The results are excellent and we are so happy with what he's delivered. They were always great to deal with and worked so hard to meet deadlines in the face of disruptions from lockdowns, unexpected issues, etc. Ron is very solutions-focused and has great integrity.

We were shocked by unacceptable workmanship that was NOT done with reasonable care and skill by this builder and his workers. Skirtings have not been topped and tailed to remove milling thickness variations, prior to installation (any builder should know that). Internal corners were not mitred or scribed, and external corners were badly jointed. 90% of the job had to be remediated. Wasted material, glue on walls, damaged new floor. All 3 workers didn't wear masks (at L3). Would not recommend!

Ron, the owner of Eyecatching Building built our deck extension. It was a reasonably complicated job and we were very happy with the results. Ron and his team were good to have on our property - turned up, did the work, and cleaned up. They had to work around Covid lockdowns and handled this professionally. We recommend him for building work and would happily use him again

Highly recommended. We were lucky that Ron was between jobs - quote received Saturday, accepted Sunday, started Tuesday and his part finished Friday. Plastering completed and rubbish bag removed by the following Saturday. Very easy to work with, very tidy, kept us well informed, and everything done as agreed. Plasterer (organised by Ron) kept us well informed too, and did a very good job. One very happy customer.
