Hi Advefa has been serving the Auckland and south Pacific for over 2 decades, specialists in major renovations and new builds. Working alongside architects and QS for a more efficient way of building homes for our clients. From time to time we take on small projects that would fit into our schedule as we transition into the larger scale build. Our moto is "Building homes with Care" because we believe every home deserves the care approach from start to finish. Many can build houses but not many build it with a care approach. That is our difference knowing the value of every home and our building methodology encompasses this aspect into our building system.
