Carpet Repairs have completed two repair jobs for me. The first was to trim and re-lay carpet where renovations had been done. Their communication was great and once an appointment had been made, I was kept updated on arrival times, they were prompt and did a really good job quickly and neatly. As a result, I asked for their assistance on a seam in the carpet which had previously been repaired by another company, which they improved on significantly. I'm very happy to recommend them. Spoke with Jenny who promptly arranged a date to complete the repairs to my carpet which resulted in a visit by Lee a week later. I was updated and time/date confirmed right up until the day. Luke was able to arrive earlier than the arranged time which suited me fine. Luke was a polite and friendly, going over what needed to be done and giving me an price for the job. The task took about an hour to complete, after which Luke tidied up and left. Very happy with the results. The bill arrived later that day and payment made via internet banking.
